Heintz, CPA, CVA Jim became a licensed CPA in 1972 and is a member of the MNCPA; his area of specialization is financial reporting - he is an authority on reporting requirements. In 1999, he also became a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and is a member of NACVA and the Institute of Business Appraisers.  Jim is experienced in providing a variety of valuation products, including consultations, a calculation of value and a formal conclusion of value.  Valuation services are provided in accordance with the Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
